Too much water flow?

New reefer here.. I have a 7.5g tank with a Via Aqua Power head, Qmax 300 l/h. It looks as if my yellow polys, on the bottom of the tank, have quite a bit of flow over them and haven't opened all the way yet, got them Saturday.

 

Is the flow maybe too much and is there a way to cut the flow down? They're open and waving their tentacles but not as much as in the store and they are a sad brownish color rather than the bright yellow they were. Are they still just adjusting to my tank? Any help is really appreciated and TIA

300 l/h is what like 20 gph?

 

I have 250 or sogph in my 7 gallon and everything seems cool.

 

Of course it's a combined gph through 3 sources, so it's more varied than just using 1 ph.
