LadyClown
I'm about to head down to the cities to upgrade my lighting. I was told that the coralife 96W quad fixture would be good for my 20 gal. Is that right? SOme ppl have told me it's too much light HELP Link to comment
drdrew
10 gal or 20 gal? doesn't matter , it's not too much light for either...may not even be enough, depending on what livestock you want... Link to comment
wetworx101
The 96watt powerquad is great for a 10gallon. I would almost put 2 on a 20 gallon...heck, just made a 20xl (36"l x 12"h x 12"d) that i intend on using the 36" dual 96watt aqualite on. I used to use a 2x65watt on my 20H, but it just wasnt enough...so I converted it to a 175watt MH. Link to comment
Dingo
It's pretty hard to get a reefer to admit that there is such a thing as too much light. As long as the water doesn't boil, it seems to be OK. Link to comment
