foo
I think it is what you are thinking it is. Yup. It's only light colored right now because it didn't have enough light until now. Some time in your tank with a good light in it will get the color to a nice brown and if given a chance it will create many new friends. But you may not like them. Link to comment

samstersam
hold a bit can u take a picture of the middle mouth area of the unknown thingey? if it is ROCKY and has little white rocky ridges in the middle , then it might be an Americana cup coral, known to be harmless, found ALOT on florida aquacultured rocks... if it is FLESHY then it might be aptisasia.. the white tentacles and tiny bubble tips of the tentacles tell me it might not be aptisasia Link to comment
sukeband
I'll try and get a better picture tonight... didn't do anything bout it yet. Link to comment
bobioden
It looks like a cup coral to me. I have quite a few on one piece of Florida rock. I think they are cool looking. Link to comment
