speakyourmind
I was going to go out and get the Deltec skimmer for 600$ and slap it on my 27g Long, but my little taam rio is starting to impress me. First few weeks, I decided this thing was crap. Too loud and filled the cup up in a day with clearish skimate. Anyways I shortened the intake so it sucks up water from only 2inches from the surface and left it running and forgot about it. Since the last 2 weeks this thing has turned its life around! It's running considerably quieter and every few days I get a cup full of brownish/greenish muck, and this damn thing was meant to be a P.O.C Anyways thats my story lol Link to comment
rotarymagic
Its awesome when you can use the money for stuff you actually want to buy not have to buy lol. Now go blow it on crazy stuff from vivid aquariums lol. Link to comment
