nano427
I bought a brand new bulk head from Marine Depot. The nut fits pretty loose it wiggles around on the threads. It seems to get tight when I tighten it against itself. Im just worried about poor thread engagement and possible failure. Is this normal or did I get a bad one? Link to comment
Matty1124
as long as when it has something to press against and is tight then your good to go... i wouldnt worry if it felt alittle lose just on the threads with no pressure on the nut Link to comment
nano427
I was just afraid that it could pop loose. The other bulkhead that I have is a different brand and size but the nut fits nice and snug. Thats why Im not sure. Link to comment
