Heater & Power Head

I need some help with purchasing a heater. Any recommendations on what would be the best heater for a 24G nano cube? As far as the power head, I have only heard good things about the Maxi-Jet 1200, any other recommendations or is the MJ1200 the best?

50~100 watts... stealth by far.

 

edit: just picked up a 50 watt stealth for my NC24, tuned to 82 degrees and it keeps exactly @ 82 with hood open and lights on. 79.5~80 degrees with the lights off and hood closed.

 

as for the pump mod... im not sure, i have stock pump with a k-nano near the overflow/surface skimmer and it does wonders.
