bigredreefer
Hello fellow reefers, My name is Ryan the bigredreefer. I have dabbled in reefs for about 3 years. I have taken about 6 months off since my 55 gallon crashed and I lost all my coral. http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?...=104619&hl= this is the link to my old tank and its pictures. But its time to jump back on the horse. Im starting up my 12 gallon, this time im only going stock zoas, polys, and rics. SOOOooo if you happen to have some frags, I am willing to buy. Hopefully a few old friends out there have been growing RED Link to comment
bigredreefer
Alright so Im going to do this tank right. 12 Gallon nano -Lighting -lighting will be the new K-2 deluxe viper. -Thinking about 150W, the tank itself is 12 inches deep. Any suggestions? -Chambers 1) Sponges and chemi-pure 2)cheato and heater 3)Skimmer and return pump (rio 800) Probably no fish Will be keeping zoos, palys, monti's and acans Link to comment

bigredreefer
Pretty sure jargon works. Jargon:1 a: confused unintelligible language b: a strange, outlandish, or barbarous language or dialect c: a hybrid language or dialect simplified in vocabulary and grammar and used for communication between peoples of different speech2: the technical terminology or characteristic idiom of a special activity or group. Im going to get the water out with a nano-prefilter from this site... http://www.lifereef.com/frame.html The water will flow in to this... http://www.fishtanksdirect.com/index.asp?P...&ProdID=847 Then back up with this. http://www.fishtanksdirect.com/index.asp?P...amp;ProdID=1331 Not sure what pump to use though, any suggestions? clownfish1124
major ghetto looking: but, why the bigger frag tank? imo the light would look better on the 24 nanocube than with an overhang on the 12 Link to comment
bigredreefer
They are both 12 gallon tanks, one is a NC the other an AP. The light fits the AP better but the frag racks are permanent, and the AP was pre-cut to house the tunze 9002. Its ghetto....for now. Once stocked no one will notice the ghetto setup.
