Flatworm exit - advise on water change ?

Ok, so I have a 10 gallon nano reef, with Torch, Frogspawn, 3 zoos, green star polyps, montipora digitata, galaxea.

I had quite a few red planaria (flatworms).... so I got the Flatworm eXit drops from Salifert and nuked the suckas.

They died quick.... I siphoned out almost all the dead red bodies. Hard to get all of them.

Anyway, the water smells like S**t !! Best way I can describe it, is a full cat litter box !

I did a 1.5 gallon water change.... added new carbon to the backfilter.

Smelled the water about 1-2 hrs later.... aweful ! So I did another 3 gallon water change.

Corals seemed fine during the night... but in the morning the MH lights kicked on and they really closed up.

So.... does any one have experience with this on a nano tank ? Should I do another 2 gallon, or more water change, or just wait it out. Not sure how long the stank will be in there.

Thanks for your help !

By the way... I'm not running a skimmer, just a back filter, with 2 power heads for circulation. And weekly water changes. Tank is around 10 mos old.
