Questions about waterflow in my 30 gal Hex

Hi All,

 

So I'm looking to improve water flow in my 30 gallon hex. I have a couple decent powerheads in my tank now but I hate the way they look. I want to pick up (2) Hydor Koralia Nano (Mini) Pump/Powerhead 240gph as they look nicer than what I have and I can control direction better.

 

Is (2) + the little Rio I have running in my in-tank refuge and the protein skimmer enough? How best to place these Koralia's in my hex based on my arrangement? The last pic reflects the current height of my reef as the 1st picture is before the addition of an additional 12lbs of rock.

 

Want to add one of these to my intank fuge also as the MH light is centered over the reef and doesn't it the chaeto well.
