animalrie
Does anyone else have this problem? No matter where I place the collection cup, it fills up with water within an hour or so and overflows. It's not even very murky water. Link to comment

2OceanLovers
Is there a priming hose to prime the inlet tube? Are you opening it up after the tube is primed? I have to do that with my prizm skimmer. Link to comment
The Propagator
Sounds like its not getting enough air mixed via the venturi and you may have the out put turned down low to match. Open the air vale up all the way and open the return valve all the way and then adjust from there. Link to comment
