I have a 20l display and 10 gal sump/fuge . It came with a 3/4 drain and a eheim 158 gph pump. Its pusing up 4' . That gives me about 79 gph . Is this enough flow in fuge how much flow does chaeto need

It should be enough to grow chaeto. The stuff grows in just about anything. I recently was tearing down a biocube 14, and for about a week all that was running was a rio 50, a heater, and lights, and it grew like crazy.

That sounds perfect. Low turnover in your sump is key to reducing or eliminating microbubbles.

ten times the total volume is about perfect turnover ratio unless you have sps then you will need it to be 15X's or better depending on your inhabitants.
