C.A.D. Lighting 12G Nano Experiences?

I'm thinking of purchasing a used 12G CAD Lighting nano tank. I've not heard much about them. They come with a 250gph pump and 32 watts of PC lighting. Tank has space for a refugium also. Was wondering if anyone has one and what their experiences are with this set up. What mods made, what are you running in the fuge, what size skimmer would fit in there (they claim the tank is overfiltered so one may not be needed). Thanks!
