jasontatro
Question for the group. I am getting ready to setup my first nano. I have had alot of experience with FW and nominal success with SW setups in the past. I am wanting to get the opinion of some experienced nano hobbyists as to what is a good "maintenance kit" to have ready when I startup my tank. Testing materials, additives, condtioners, tools etc. What should I have before starting and what can I buy gradually. The more responses the better. Thanks for all the great advice. jasontatro
I should say besides the obvious things like hydrometer, thermometer, and salt. Thanks Link to comment
katydidit
I'm not an expert like many of the people here, but the more and more I read, the better things I hear about seachem test kits, and b-ionic 1&2 as a doser. Kalkwasser, ummm. Backpak protein skimmer (if you choose not to go with the natural filtration approach). Thats not much, but its something. Hope that helps. Link to comment
