Best power head for 12g Nano?

Im setting up a 12 gallon Nano reef tank. It will have softies a couple fish. Should add 1 or 2 power heads? and, what flow rate and brand do you recommend?

I used a MJ900 to replace the stock pump and a MJ606 added to chamber one. There are several thread on how to do the chamber one pump mod. Worked nicely for over 2 years. I would stay away from the MJ1200, too much heat added for the slight increase in flow. I am assuming you have the JBJ Nanocube. If not.... do a search on your tank.
