Sump Return Pump? Around 300gph

I need a return pump for my sump thats less than 300gph. Preferably small and quiet. Would a Maxijet 1200 suffice?

 

The pump would be 3 feet under the tank.

Wouldn't that be 200 gph more than I need?

With 3 feet of headloss you would need something more powerful than an MJ1200. Fill this in as best you can and it would probably help more than we can. Kind of annoying as they haven't updated it in years with pumps that are out now but the mag pumps are there.

Yeah I was looking at the flow chart the mag 5 is gonna be too much at 3 feet

 

I'm thinking I'll get that one. It was between the Mag 3 and the eheim 1250 but they don't have the Eheim at DFS and I'm ordering alot there today. So Eheim 1250 it is.
