Phish Posted August 28, 2003 Share Posted August 28, 2003 It dosent matter how many of them you have, if they are 6,500K then they will look yellow, as they are light for freshwater plants, I would go with a 15-20w 10,000k and a 15-20w actanic light, The actinic light will help give the water a natural 'blue' look to go with to bright white emmited from the 10,000K Good luck, and if you can affort the extra few bucks/Room, I would go for a 20L (20 gallons, long , not standard or hight) they look the best for 20's in certain kinds of tanks IMO.
