Beholder
Hi, I'm going to be setting up my tank in the next few days, but have a pressing question. How much sunlight can a nano take? I have a spot the tank can go, but it gets about 3 hours of sunlight a day during winter, and none during summer. Bear in mind, out winters aren't all that cold (day time temp about 19 degrees C). If that's too much, need to rearrange my life / study to solve the problem. Thanks Link to comment
Physh1
I'd venture to say you'll be fine with that. I'd be concerned if it was more but you get about as much natural light as I do daily and my nano is fine. My 150 system gets a lot more natural light (around 6 hours) and I got a lot more algae growth...both on the glass and macro growth. Cameron Link to comment
