xm bulbs and light for a 29g

alright i want to know if a 175 mh on a 29g would be a good setup i also plan to use my 2x65 coralife fixtures to. i also want to know if the xm bulbs are good and what type of one to get (by type i mean 10000k or 20000k). thanxs any help appreciated

I'm thinking of doing somting simlar with my 29g and my Aqualight. bu i was going to use a 250w bulb. let me know how this turns out.
