It is Time! (Cleaner Shrimp question)

Ok, this afternoon I'm heading out to buy some skunk cleaner shrimp.

 

So here's my question.

 

I know they eat parasites, but for the time being, and probably another month there will be no parasites for them to eat, so what food should I buy for them, and how often should I feed them?

they eat any left overs that the fish do not....mysis, brine, flakes, forumla 1, 2......they will eat anything
