bustaphoto Posted August 19, 2008 Share Posted August 19, 2008 Thats a small space its pretty limited for the 14g oceanic, for the most part I get rid of most of my impurities with the w/c every 5 days. My skimmer barley skims anything and its on a 14g I don't imagine how much it could remove from a 8g. Maybe mooding one of the oceanic skimmers would work I don't know how wide the opening is on the 8g exactly but I know that if you chop the tube a little off the bottom it will still work just fine. all you woul need is a smaller collection cup I think Link to comment
