So you'd want to be moving 100+ gallons and hour, but don't go too much over that unless you want your substrate to blow all over. I don't know the ratings on the pumps in question though. IMO miniJets are the best. I've only got one minijet 604 in my tank pushing 120 gallons/hr. Link to comment
