How many fish can be kept in a 4 gallon sw tank, and how many can be kept in a 20?

could u guys tell me how many fish can be kept in a 4 gallon tank and a 20 gallon tank?

4 gallon...I would say none...unless you want a beta tank which is not salt water. You can shove a fish in there yes...but it wont be very happy

 

in a 20...like 4 or 5...depends on the kind of fish

you could put a small goby, like a watchman.......

i would say more of a clown goby. watchman will kick your sand all over the place.
