slowpony64
I recently (two days ago) got a bubble tip anemone...i placed it on a rock, with the anemone facing my lighting..however it moved itself to the bottom of this rock. Will it eventually find its way to a comfort zone? About how long does this usually take? Thanks a lot! Link to comment
katydidit
anemones will move until they are satisfied. There really is no telling exactly how long it will take, just until they are in their, like you said, 'comfort zone' Link to comment
surfy
Mine hid under a rock to get away from the light for a little while, maybe two weeks. Then it slowly started to creep out into the light. They will move to where they want to stay, so after it moves Don't move it. They like low to med. water flow and they need to be fed about once a week to keep them healthy and happy. If you feed once a week it should stay put. I feed my BTA a small piece of shrimp about 1/4" or smaller usually every sat. night. They won't take the food if they arn't hungry and never force it into it's mouth. Link to comment
