w1dude
There are little pieces of white stuff being pushed around by my filter. They clump up on the top of the aquarium. Is it salt or sand that wont settle? How do i get rid of it? Link to comment

bustaphoto
When I had first started up my tank with the same sand, it brought all that awsome bacteria but it also brought some dead stuff that was lighter than the sand was. All this stuff floated to the top. Also some saltwater mixes don't mix all the way down leaving white clumps at the bottom of the tank normailly. I'm knew at this but I hope this helps Link to comment
