JRandles
I have a 28gal FOWLR tank and purchased the koralia nano pump with poor results. I did some tank maintenance and was amazed how much filth was resting on the rocks. I'm looking for a new pump and am interested in the Tunze nanostream 6025 -660gph or the 6045 at 1189gph. Is larger one going to be too much? I can't bring myself to put the larger hydor pumps in my tank because they are so shabby looking. Link to comment
RayWhisperer
Welcome to N-R.com. What about just trying another Koralia? Maybe use a Koralia 1 instead of a nano and put both of them on a wave maker. Link to comment
Phixion
You really can't have too much flow if directed properly. There's a member on here that used to have a 24g custom tank and ran a 2400gph return pump on it, that produced a 100x turnover rate. Link to comment
