w1dude
I am putting my 12g reef in my dorm room and want to minimize the number of water changes I have to do. What is a pretty decent skimmer that will help this and not kill my wallet? Is there anything under $100?....If not $150? Thanks! Max Link to comment
Matty1124
what type of tank is it? if its an AIO? some might not fit, tunze 9002 is a good one that is compact... you will still need to do water changes though, skimmers take out good stuff in the water as well as bad... even if you did a gallon a week you would be fine... what is in the tank? fish? coral (what type)? Timanator
I have the Sappire in my nanocube 12G. First chamber sitting on some LR pieces. Skimmate for 3 days. Link to comment

The tank is a DIY tank not a nano cube. It is going to be a reef tank! Link to comment
