MySTiCaLAnGeL Posted August 20, 2003 Share Posted August 20, 2003 refugiums can really help improve your tank appearances by eliminating nuisance algae. You keep a ball of algae in the fuge and it wants to grow so what it does is take all the nutrients from your main tank and you will have less algae on your glass and rocks. There are many benefits to having a fuge. I would highly recommend one. Link to comment
