I have very little nuisance algae in my tank, yay, but i do get a light green powder on my glass. Would this be phytoplankton? I hope it is because I like to think that I am feeding some of my filter feeders when I use my magnets to wipe it clear. Thx

I get this too very often. Keeps my turbo snails busy. I looked at it in the microscope and looks like algal spores. I would consider this phytoplankton.

I never feed my corals, and they grow fast, so this must be good.
