Newbie bulb question

Hey y'all! I bought a bookworm light with 2 13 watt Bayco bulbs in it. All the bulbs say on them is 13 watt, 6500K. I was wondering if these lights will be okay to use for the first month or so while I cycle the new tank theyre on. (its a 5 gal)

Also, I plan on cycling with 7 pounds of live rock.

Another question I have is do you think I should upgrade the bulbs to something better that will fit into the same ballast. And if so Any suggestions. Im planning on introducing several Moderate to high light loving corals over the next few months. and I wanted to Know if I added another of these lights (for a total of 52 watts) If that would be enough for the tank. Thanx.

should be fine to cycle. Hellolights sells 13 watt 50/50's that you could replace them with if you feel like you have to. You could just replace one of them with an actinic and you should be fine as well.
