Small powerhead ?

I have a 2.5g with a AC 20 HOB . I want to add a little more flow . What power head might be small enough to use in the tank without stirring up all the stuff.

For a 2.5? That's a tough one.

 

Why not upgrade your HOB? That'll give you more flow and better filtration.

What do you figure a AC 30 ?

You could get something like a Mini-Jet 404 Powerhead It's adjustable from 18–108gph. There's also aMini-Jet 606 Adjustable from 82–153gph.

Rio 50 powerheads are pretty small and can pump up to 70 gph. I have one in my 3 gallon pumping full blast with an AC70 fuge for a combined flow of ~350 gph and my corals love it!

i have one of these and it's tiny. i have the aqua 60. it's a champ.

SCORE !!!!! I had this fountain pump that is 60gph that I never used cause I put a larger one in. Well It's in the tank and works perfectly and is adjustable.

Do you think it would add to the Temp too much ??? Mmmm I wonder. Would you say that 82 is safe right now with the added pump I'm at 80
