Beaker
This guy was sold to me as a "Tiger Watchman Goby" but I'm pretty dang sure it's a Pink/Blue Spotted Goby (Cryptocentrus leptocephalus), any opinions? Also, anyone ever pair with a Pistol Shrimp? My cleaner shrimp loves to clean his teeth gills, should I be worried about the health of the goby or is he just brushing after meals like a good boy? Thanks for the help! Link to comment
caja
Looks like a pink spotted watchman goby to me too. Cool looking fish. The cleaner shrimp is just doing his job. http://www.reefsource.com/Species%20Databa...tchman_goby.htm Link to comment

bigbenji
The so called Pink Spotted Shrimp Goby I bought today looks just like the one in your pic. More gray with pink spots that a dull yellow or pink with pink spots. The LFS sold it to me with a peppermint shrimp and said they'll pair up in a cave. I'm sure pistol shrimp and other shrimp gobies do this, but these 2? Link to comment
