Enough lighting for 20long????

I have a 20 long and was planning on going with the JBJ formosa deluxe 30" model the specs. are posted below. What corals will I be able to keep in this lighting is it correct that I should run the 10,000k during the day and the 7,100k at night?

 

PL-JG3-25/10K-3F 30" FORMOSA DX (55W*2) (1) 10K DAYLIGHT/(1) 7100K BLUE 110 WATTS 30" x 9" x 3.2"

 

PL-JG3-26/10K-3F 30" FORMOSA DX (65W*2) (1) 10K DAYLIGHT/(1) 7100K BLUE 130 WATTS 30" x 9" x 3.2"

 

PL-JG3-29/10K-3F 36" FORMOSA DX (96W*2) (1) 10K DAYLIGHT/(1) 7100K BLUE 192 WATTS 36" x 9" x 3.2"

Get the highest watts possible that fits your budget. Run both lights at the same time. For asthetics you can have them on timers to set sunrise/sunset. You can have soft corals, shrooms, and its even possible to have SPS.

The 2*96W is just too large for the tank at 36" wide... 20L's are about 30" wide, the 2*65's are probably plenty since the 20L is so shallow.
