Questions about livestock for 27G

Hello! I've got a list of stuff I'd like to keep in my aquarium once it's fully cycled:

1. Royal Gramma/Royal Dottyback

2. Blue Damsel/Yellowtail Damselfish

3. Coral Banded Shrimp

 

Questions are:

1. How big do a Royal Gramma and a Royal Dottyback get in

captivity.

2. I can't really decide between a blue and a yellowtail damsel. I

totally adore the electric blue of the Blue damsel, but problem is

that they get aggressive when mature.

3. Is a CBS compatible with Skunk Cleaner Shrimps?
