Seachem Reefstatus Test Kit

I've recently been using the Seachem reefstatus test kit which combines Magnesium test kit with Total, Borate, and Carbonate Alkalinity test kits. I'm just wondering of all those alkalinity, which is the one I look at when I'm attempting to fix my alkalinity levels? I'm currently assuming its Total Alkalinity. When you take the Total Alkalinity Level and subtract it with Borate Alkalinity, you get carbonate alklinity, oi.
