T-Dawg
Just curious. How often does everyone's nano-reef glass need cleaning? I get algae whether it be green, corralline, or brown (diatoms) every 7-10 days. The tank has been running for almost 3 months. I'm hoping after 6 months cleaning algae off of the glass will slow to maybe once a month or am I just dreaming? Link to comment
killrblue
How big is your tank? Your cycle done? Most important, did you get your cleaning crew? Your cleaning crew will take out most of the algae and the detrius. Link to comment
tanker
One of my reef tanks have been running for 3 years and I (sorry) have to clean it once a week. If I get lazy I can wait 2 weeks but then I get way too much algae. Link to comment
~_~
I clean mine about once a week usually I don't really have much algae to clean off of it, besides a few spots of corraline, but the snails leave these annoying marks, and there always laying eggs all over and stuff to. Link to comment
