JohnDinSD Posted June 11, 2008 Share Posted June 11, 2008 I like Salifert test kits. I would suggest phosphate, nitrite, nitrate, ph, calcium and alkilinity to start. If you have not set up your tank yet or if it is still cycling you will need to test for ammonia as well. For ammonia I would just get the test stips. They are cheap and easy to use and all you need to know is if ammonia is present, how much is not really relevent. Hope this is helpfull. Link to comment
