tinyreef Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 pickling salt and pickling lime are two different things. you need to get the lime (calcium hydroxide). but the salt is what really what the pickling process is about, i guess. maybe morton's also markets a lime (not the citrus type of lime ).
