killrblue
Nice aquascaping. 1.5xgallon size is the formula that most people use for Live Rock/Sand. Who makes that skimmer? Good Luck Link to comment
jdsabin1
Looks nice. The only thing you may consider is to make sure you have 'shelves' or 'ledges' across the entire wall so you have places to put corals all over your rocks. If you're too vertical, you'll wind up wishing later that you could put corals there but find you can't. Good luck! Link to comment
1979camaro
thanks guys, there are a fair amount of shelves in there, but perhaps a few more wouldnt hurt...im thinking of trying to get about 5 more pounds of marshall island the skimmer is a berlin airlift 60...i may be turning it off once i get things settled down in there, but for now it runs clearly, there is no stock as of the moment...the rock just went in yesterday Kevin Link to comment
killrblue
I placed my skimmer when my cycle was finished after 3.5 weeks. Link to comment
