I'm really sorry for your loss... I don't know if this helps, but I use the 5 gallon water bottle they use in the 'watercoolers'. Got mine at Walmart for 7 bucks... IMO - I wouldn't use anything that smells like that... and it was used... so, no tellin

Those 5 gallon containers are made of the same No 7 plastic which Nalgene bottles are/were made from. It does leach toxic materials.

 

That said, Im still using mine.. going strong for almost 10 years of reefing... and I cant tell if my fish have cancer yet or not.

 

Is that a tumor? :unsure:

Well, I am now using my fda food grade container used for making wine, to store my RO. hmmmmmm something is wrong with that picture....RO water ....Wine....dang it, gotta go get another wine fermenter.
