AndyL
G'day folks, Planning the setup of my 12g nano-reef. Looking at inhabitants now... I'm honestly tired to death of the whole clown & royal gramma thing. I was looking for something different. Are Pajama Cardinals Nano-reef suitable fish? I know there's someone here with with one in a Eclipse 6, but that doesn't mean its right I did some searching, but don't see much on tank requirements - other than to provide shelfs/caves for them. Would the Cardinal be a suitable tankmate for a watchman goby or would he be too small - and become dinner? Tnx Andy Link to comment

six-liner
Cardinals probably wouldnt eat a goby unless the goby was itsy bitsy tiny weenie. Otherwise, I would a say a pair of cardinals would do just fine in a 12 eclipse. You could do a goby and A cardinal, but i would stick to a max of 2 fish. These fish are pretty easy to keep and actually breed in captivity, although a 12 is probably too small for them to spawn. (too small usually equals dirtier and thus not suitable for breeding) See-ja SixLiner Link to comment
