IMO yes. I'd drop off one fish if it was me. I'd probably drop the wrasse. I think you could do all those fish but I'd worry about trates and water quality.

It depends on how you maintain the tank. If you're running no skimmer and changing 10% of the water every week or two, you're going to grow some nice algae from the nitrates.

 

I have some high bioload tanks, and a heavily-fed nano. But I do an average of 2 25% water changes per week, so no problems yet. That nano does need a front glass scrape daily, though.

I have a piccolo on mine, will probably do 10% weekly w/ hopes of keeping my parameters stable, if not then one Fridmani will be fine
