thorny, clear, sluggy thing

I can't get a clear picture of this guy with my camera, but is he ok to keep in the tank or is he going to screw anything up? He is less than 1/4 inch long.

I'm not the resident nudibrach expert by any means. I would suggest a search of the forums and google to learn as much about them as you can before you make a decision whether to keep it or not. Some are good, and some are bad.

it looks like the same shape of berghia, which is an aiptasia eating slug. Here are some links to similar looking (based on your photos) slugs:

Yes it looks very similar to some of those shots you sent. Thanks! I just sent out a ID request to the slug experts, so I will see if I can get some more info. For now I won't yank him from the tank.

Thank god this link was here. I just bought a pipe organ coral. It hasn't opened in 3 days now. I noticed 3 to 4 tiny white nudi's crawling around it. I thought hmmm coral not opening.........nudi's happy........! The first link from crak ennded up being the same nudi in my tank. I sucked those bastages out in a heartbeat. Mean nudi's eating my corals.
