sammy33 Posted July 31, 2003 Share Posted July 31, 2003 Most RO systems have a carbon filter inline before the RO membrane. The carbon filter will remove most chemical impurities such as chlorine. Check out this link for a complete RO system diagram. I sometimes add my supplements to my top off water. I also add buffer to raise the dKH. RO water is very soft. Link to comment
