Which of these skimmers best fits my needs?

I am in the planning stage of setting up a 40 breeder with either a 20long or 20high sump with a 75gallon AGA stand, max height in the stand is 24 1/2" I believe. I plan to stock the tank with 5 or 6 nano size fish and soft and lps corals. I am now at the much debated step of deciding which skimmer would best suit this type of tank.

 

My mind is pretty made up between the AquaEuro USA PS-55 Needle Wheel Protein Skimmer and the Octopus NW-110 Needle-Wheel Protein Skimmer which are both in my price range and rating for this size tank. If there is another excellent skimmer close to this price that I should consider please inform me so I can look into it.

I've got a 40B with a 20H sump. I used an external skimmer. Check out the Octopus EXT-PS-120. I've got pictures of it in my thread.
