Hossome
Hello Everyone, I know I am going to be told to search this but I have, and am unsure of a few things. Can I use RO/DI water to do the dip? How, if needed, do I raise/lower ph of the RO/DI water to match my aquarium. If someone could provide me with some information it would be extremely helpful. Thanks Link to comment

Weetabix7
Yes, you can use RO/DI water. Adjusting PH can be a little tricky. I use a very small amount of Reef Buffer and mix in thoroughly, then test PH after 1/2 hr. or so and adjust accordingly. Don't worry about getting it exact, just shoot for 8.0-8.3. Link to comment
Hossome
Thanks guys, I just went to my LFS and bought some PH Buffer. I also picked up a refractometer, a leather coral, and another piece of live rock. Link to comment
