Angel
Yes, some frags can be glued to the rock you wish. I use super glue gel and with the ones that cannot be glued (mushrooms, xenia, slime ones) I use bridal veil and loosely rubberband them at the bottom or place the rock I want them on next to them. It all depends on how much time you have and how you want to do it. If you do a search, you will find many ways, types and corals that are fragged. To me, a frag is 1-5 polyps or a 1-2" piece or smaller (depending on type) coral. Angel Link to comment
greenseaturtle
If you have a little piece of rock to the coral, you can use some plumbers epoxy to attach it to some rock in your tank. Within a short period of time it will harden completely and become permanent. I have anchored rock together with this method, as well as attaching some corals to the rock. Link to comment
