Rio 180 internal power filter too much?

Is a Rio 180 internal power filter too much for a 10 gallon nano-reef, ranges 80-115 GPH, if not will Just this do?

i don't think many people have this filter it seems. (neither have i)

 

i do have the duettos tho. i think the larger duetto is similar in flow rate to your rio. i don't think it's enough flow and it's a pita to maintain (i.e. change filters/clean).

 

i usually just use them in a pinch (i.e. temporary setups or the result of emergency situations from "stooopid reefer decisions" X) ). i'd still favor a hob but regardless of rio or hob i would still get at least one more PH for added flow/current. hth
