For now, I have replaced the left chamber stock pump with a Rio 6HF (removing the guard), pumping it through my chiller and then back through the false wall to the tank through the return. In the next chamber, a modified MaxiJet 1200 (dremel tool to the rescue; removed the back plate, drilled a space for the cord to fit, and cut down the intake save for a few tabs to keep it from sucking against the glass, -found that handy mod to another on the site but I can't remember who) for my Remora and let it dump back in the media basket (I wish it would fit behind, I may switch back to the stock basket :/). Next chamber heater; next chamber stock return. This is working fine; I do wish there was a way to use the two stock pumps on the wavemaker and still have the Remora and the chiller installed.

 

I also wish there was a way to put everything in a line and just pipe it through the back of the tank and into the two return chambers. :/ Next time I build, I DIY everything...
