jtown
I've had a really bad bryopsis problem these past couple months so today a friend and I decided to take the infected rocks out and scrub as much off as we could. I think my tank is going through a cycle once again. How would you guys treat your tank after doing this? Lot's of water changes? Lights off? Any advice would be great. I have 2 clowns and a royal gramma in there and I don't want them to die. Thanks! Link to comment
tinyreef
bump wc's would be my first defense in such a case. i'd also want to run carbon and mechanical filtration to pickup the stray bits and pieces from the scrubbing. if the ammonia shoots up for whatever reason (e.g. rotting peanut worm) i'd have ammo-lock or similar on-hand to save the fish unless you have another tank ready. hth Link to comment
