stopthemad
I just got a Xenia frag from and it was attached to a rock via a hair rubberband. Well in transport the head broke off from the base. I couldn't get the "head" to stay attached to the rock with the rubberband, so I tried to superglue it. They head has fallen off like 3-4 times, it will stay on the rock for awhile and then it will fall off. I reglued the base to a rock and it has stayed the whole time. Any suggestions? I haven't reglued it since the last time. It's a really pretty blue/ silver color and I really don't want to lose it. Please help. Link to comment
sammy33
I have used needle and thread to attach Xenia. I just poke the needle through the Xenia close to the "foot" and then tie the thread securely to the rock. Nice to have an extra pair of hands to assist. I use a bowl with some of my aquarium water to hold everythig during the "operation". Another option is to use a tooth pick. Poke through the Xenia and into the rock. Link to comment
yOyOYoo
you can actually poke a toothpick through the xenia without ####in it off?!?! Link to comment
Yves
You can also use bridal veil to tie the base on to the rock as well I prefer the needle method though. Link to comment
